INDICATIONS :

Ampicillin has a narrow spectrum of activity and is mainly active againstGram positive bacilli, both gram positive and Gram negative cocci and spirochaetes. Cloxacillin has a similar spectrum of activity to Penicillin and it is also active against penicillinase producing organisms such as staphylococcus aureus.

USES :

Ampitor Plus is used to treat a wide variety of bacterial infections. It is a penicillin-type antibiotic. It works by stopping the growth of bacteria.This antibiotic treats only bacterial infections. It will not work for viral infections (such as common cold, flu). Using any antibiotic when it is not needed can cause it to not work for future infections.

SIDE EFFECTS :

Nausea, vomiting, Upset stomach, diarrhea, or mouth/tongue sores may occur. If any of these effects persist or worsen, notify your doctor or pharmacist promptly.
